As part of the onboarding process, the admin user accounts will be created for you and your team to access the service. The same account credentials are used for both the Taitori Application and Taitori PORTAL administration page. If you are a new employee in your team and do not yet have an account or the required permissions, the service's admin user can create or update your account through the administration portal or by contacting Taitori support. In this article, you will be introduced to the login methods.

2. How to log in
There are two different login methods for Taitori: A. logging in with your organization's own Microsoft credentials or B. using a Taitori account. Choose the right instruction based on the login method provided by your organisation or service provider.
A. Sign in with organization credentials
If you have the option to use your organization's Microsoft credentials for login (Single Sign-On method), follow these instructions. On the login page, enter your email address in the "E-mail address" field. After that, you will be automatically redirected to your organization's login page.
B. Create a password
If your organization does not have the Single Sign-On option, and you need to create a password for your account, follow these steps:

Click on this link to start the password creation process.

Enter your email address and the verification code shown in the image.

Open the email you receive from Taitori and click on the "CHANGE PASSWORD" link.

Create a new password.
Now you can log in to Taitori Application or Taitori PORTAL administration website using your email address and the newly created password.
3. Troubles with logging in?
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one using the "Forgot Password?" function. If your organization uses SSO login, sign in with your organization's credentials. If you still cannot log in, please contact Taitori's customer service for assistance.
