You can also use the site's search function to find specific content. Taitori's team will set up the sales environment and create the admin user accounts based on the preliminary information form. After that, you will be able to finalize the settings for your sales point and make it ready for publication using this guide and, if included in the agreement, the provided training.

1. Basics of the service
What is Taitori Provider? What user roles and interfaces are associated with the service? Start by familiarizing yourself with the basics of Taitori Provider.

First, let's get the sales point details and settings in order. Define the contact details, description, photos, opening hours, and information related to orders and deliveries for your sales point.
4. Create product categories (before adding products)
Products are grouped into different categories, such as breakfast packages, hot beverages, fruits, or sweet pastries. Depending on the product type, the category could also be season tickets or day passes.
5. Add and edit products
Once the product categories are set up, you can add individual products to them.
6. Create a product catalog and publish your product for sale
Define a product catalog (sales catalog) to which you will add products for sale. You can create different sales catalogs for various customer groups with different products and delivery options.
7. Order management
After publishing the products in the sales catalog, it's time to familiarize yourself with order management. Real-time order tracking is done in Taitori's application at https://app.taitori.fi. Additionally, restaurants often order an automated worklist as a report for delivering the day's orders. This article introduces the different views and functions for order management.
