You can also use the site's search function to find specific content. Taitori's team will set up the sales environment and create the admin user accounts based on the preliminary information form. After that, you will be able to finalize the settings for your sales point and make it ready for publication using this guide and, if included in the agreement, the provided training.
To get started, log in to the support site to access this guide. Please note that the username used on the Taitori support site is separate from your Taitori account. Therefore, you can explore the guide even if you don't yet have the necessary credentials for Taitori PROVIDER. Follow the instructions below.

First, let's get the sales point details and settings in order. Define the contact details, description, photos, opening hours, and information related to orders and deliveries for your sales point.

4. Create product categories (before adding products)
Products are grouped into different categories, such as breakfast packages, hot beverages, fruits, or sweet pastries. Depending on the product type, the category could also be season tickets or day passes.

6. Create a product catalog and publish your product for sale
