Visitor Management supports reception personnel in their work and streamlines the interaction between visitors and meeting organizers.

Taitori Visitor Management service can be customized to meet the specific needs of the customer, starting from invitations and arrival instructions to check-in and check-out, and even extending to visitor experience surveys. Visitor Management seamlessly integrates with other services offered by Taitori (e.g., room reservation system and catering orders).

Elements of the Service:

• Visitor Management Device: A self-service device used by visitors for check-in and check-out. Customers have the option to order separate check-in and check-out devices.
• Web-based application: The browser-based interface for Visitor Management includes features such as visitor view, bulk printing functions, visitor check-in tools, and reporting.
• QR Code Reader, Visitor Cards, and Printer: QR code reader, visitor cards, and a printer are available. Additionally, a camera is provided for capturing visitor selfies.
• Notification to Organizer: The system sends notifications to the organizer when a visitor arrives.
• Customized Email Invitations: Tailored email invitations, in line with the company's branding, are sent to visitors, containing arrival instructions and a QR code. The sender's email address can be personalized using the customer's own email address.
• Automated Custom Visitor Survey: A customized visitor survey is automatically sent after the visit.
• Collection of License Plate Numbers during Registration: Check-in device includes the option to collect license plate numbers. Parking integration is also available.
• Elevator Integration: The elevator integration automatically calls the elevator to the correct floor for the visitor.
