You can cancel or make changes to a product order within the time limits set by the sales point (e.g., 24 hours before the delivery time).
Canceling or modifying an order placed in connection with a venue reservation
If you cancel the venue reservation for which you placed a catering order, you don't need to separately cancel your order as it will be automatically canceled along with the venue reservation. Additionally, if you change the time of your venue reservation, the delivery time will also be automatically adjusted. However, do check any separately specified delivery times for individual products.
If you want to cancel or make changes to your catering order, the following instructions will guide you:
- Go to the Bookings page by clicking on the calendar icon in the navigation bar.
- Locate the reservation for which you placed the catering order. You can use search or filters to help.
- Click on your reservation and then click on Change.
- Scroll down the page and click on Order products.
- You can now add more products by clicking the "Order more" button. You can also modify the contents of your shopping cart (e.g., change quantities or remove products) or payment information. Cancel the order by removing all items from the shopping cart.
- Finally, scroll down and click on Save.
Canceling or modifying an order made without a venue reservation
- Go to the Orders page by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the navigation bar.
- Locate the order you want to modify. You can use search or filters to help.
- Click on the order and then click on Change.
- You can now add more products by clicking the "Order more" button. You can also modify the contents of your shopping cart (e.g., change quantities or remove products) or payment information. If you want to cancel the order, scroll down and click on Cancel order.
- If you made modifications to your order, scroll down and click on Save.
