The Browse view is the new default homepage for Taitori's web and mobile applications, where you can browse and search for bookable resources and service providers in a versatile view, and make bookings. If you have selected a different view as your homepage, you can access the new page from the navigation bar's Browse button.

Introducing the new Browse page
Browse combines all of Taitori's favorite booking methods onto one page, enabling seamless transitions between different browsing views. Additionally, sales points such as catering services are now found on the same page.
Image 2. Introducing the elements of the Browse page.
1. Browse the resources or choose search criteria with filters
You can browse the selection without specifying a date or precise location (in which case the search filters will display "Any place," "Any day," and "Any time"), or if you're looking for a space or want to place a catering order for a specific date on a particular day, you can use the search filters.
With the search filters, you can refine your search criteria. You can enter the city, office space, or the name of the space/sales point in the "Where to find?" field. You can also click on the icon to access the available office spaces. You can select multiple locations simultaneously in your search.
You can also define required features and make recurring bookings using the search filters. Open the filters by clicking anywhere on the search filter element (see image 2).

2. Browse or select a space, restaurant, or shop from your preferred view
You can browse in different views: grid, map, floor plan, timeline, or you can use the calendar to view a day or week calendar for individual spaces. You can easily switch between views just by clicking. If you're looking for a sales point for placing catering orders, use the grid view. If you've already selected a specific date from the search filters, it's easiest to proceed with space booking from the grid or floor plan.
Taitori remembers your selected search criteria and quick selections when switching views, making it easy to browse spaces.

3. Use quick selections
You can narrow down search results or browse the selection using quick selections such as Favorites, Meeting, Desks, and Restaurants. You can use multiple quick selections simultaneously. To disable a quick selection, simply click on it again. When using quick selections, Taitori updates the view automatically.

4. View more Information about the resource
You can click on bookable spaces in the grid or floor plan to see more information and booking functions. From the top left corner of the space card, you can access details about the office space. Shops are easiest to find by Restaurants or Shops from the quick selections.

5. Start Booking
If you have selected a date and time from the search filters, you can proceed to book the desired space directly by clicking "Book" in the grid view, or if you are using the floor plan, click on the space in the floor plan first, and then "Book." See image 7 for an example of searching for a space.
Image 7. The filters are set to April 17, 2024, at 9:00 AM. The grid view is selected. Favorites is chosen as a quick selection. There are a few options in the view that match the search criteria and quick selections. You can book your preferred space by clicking "Book."
You can also make a booking without specifying a date and time in the search filters. Here are several different options for doing so:
- Choose the timeline view, find the desired space, and make a booking for your preferred time.
- Open the calendar, select the space from the top left corner menu, and make a booking for your desired day.
- Click on the space in the grid or floor plan, make a booking from the timeline, or navigate to the space-specific calendar and make a booking from there. You can also make a quick booking from the control panel. See image 6.
Booking is completed on the booking confirmation page, where you can add additional information, participants, and catering orders.
When you close and reopen Taitori, the app remembers the view, location, and quick selections you used last time, so you can pick up right where you left off.
Set spaces, restaurants, shops, and offices to your favorites
Save your favorite spaces and catering providers by clicking the heart icon next to the resource. This way, you can quickly access favorites from the quick selections.
You can also set all spaces within a specific office as favorites at once. To do this, click on a space within the desired office. Once you have the space details open, click on the office listing in the top left corner, and then select the desired office. This way, you can access the detailed information for the office and add the entire office to your favorites using the heart icon. Offices can also be easily accessed from the map view.
