Welcome to discover the redesigned interface of Taitori
With the new version of Taitori you can now effortlessly access all your preferred booking methods on one page. All your favorite rooms, workstations and product catalogs are right at your fingertips, making it easier than ever to find what you need. We've made a number of improvements and updated the underlying technologies to ensure a worry-free service for the future. These changes are based on your valuable feedback, so thank you very much for your input!
You can start using the new app at the temporary address https://newapp.taitori.fi. To allow our users to familiarize themselves with the new interface, both the old and new versions will be available simultaneously at first. The updated Taitori interface will completely replace the older version at the familiar https://app.taitori.fi address on the 1st of September 2024.
Due to the phased rollout and since the redesigned Taitori is currently at a temporary address, Taitori Outlook extension (add-in) is not yet available with the new interface. Taitori downloaded from the app store will still open automatically to the older version, but you can access the new version through the profile icon.

Introducing the new home page
- We've created a new homepage (Browse) in the app that combines all of Taitori's favorite booking methods onto one page, allowing for seamless transitions between different browsing views. Additionally, sales points such as catering services are now found on the same page.

New homepage in a nutshell
- On the new Browse page, users can easily select the type of view for browsing resources with just one click. Options include grid (default), map, floor plan, timeline, and calendar. The calendar is a completely new view, allowing users to view a day or week calendar for individual spaces.
- Spaces can be searched based on a more specific location for a certain time using search filters, or resources can be browsed without selecting a specific time or location. In this case, the filters display options like Any place, Any day, and Any time.
- Quick selections help finding a suitable space or sales list, allowing users to quickly filter search results from favorites or by space type, for example. Multiple quick selections can be used simultaneously, meaning users can, for instance, select Favorites and Desks, displaying only the desks marked as favorites. Quick selections can be disabled by clicking the button again.
- Sales catalogs for product orders can be conveniently found by activating the quick selection for Shops or Restaurants.
- Different locations can be quickly accessed using the map view.
- Set favorites using the heart icon.

- The navigation bar will now be located at the top on wider screens and at the bottom of the page on narrower screens.
- Detailed information about a bookable resource and the quick booking actions can be found by clicking on the space in the grid or floor plan, and then selecting Quick actions. Users can reserve the space from the timeline as usual or by clicking Calendar to view the space's calendar.
- Personal information, language selection, and info and feedback pages will now be accessible from the top right corner via the profile icon.
- Users can set their default homepage from their settings on the Preferences tab.
- The team view and planning tool for team functionality have been combined onto a single page.
- Information about office spaces (e.g., opening hours) can be accessed by clicking on the space in the grid or floor plan, and then clicking on the space's name in the top left corner. It's recommended to add your own office space to favorites using the heart icon.
