You can cancel an order or make changes to a product order within the time limit set by the sales point (e.g., 24 hours before the delivery time). You can manage orders on the Orders page. An exception to this is orders made in connection with a space reservation, which are managed on the Bookings page via the space reservation. Instructions for both can be found on this page.

Cancel or manage order without space reservation
When an order is placed without a space reservation, the order is managed from the Orders menu (see Image 1). Orders can be viewed in either a table or calendar format.
- Click on Orders (or the shopping cart icon) in the navigation bar, and select either Orders (table) or Calendar.
- Find the order you wish to modify. If using the table view, you can use the search function. Additionally, ensure that the selected time range in the filters (accessible next to the search field) is correct. If using the calendar view, find the order in the daily, weekly, or monthly view.
- Click on the order, then select Change.
- You can now add more products your order from the catalog.
- You can also edit the contents of your cart (e.g., adjust quantities, delivery times, or remove items) or payment information.
- If you want to cancel the order, scroll down the page and click Cancel Order.
- If you made any changes to your order, scroll down the page and click Save.

Cancel or manage order linked to a space reservation
Orders that are linked to a space reservation are managed on the Bookings page via the reservation itself (please note exceptions for recurring orders, see Recurring reservation and catering order management).
If you cancel the space reservation for which you made the product order, you do not need to separately cancel your order; it will be automatically canceled along with the reservation. Additionally, if you change the time or location of the space reservation, the information is automatically updated for the order as well. If specific delivery times were selected for some of the products, it's advisable to always check them if you're changing the timing.
- Go to the Bookings page by clicking on the calendar icon in the navigation bar.
- Find the reservation for which you placed the catering order. You can use the search function or filters to assist you.
- Click on your reservation, then select Change.
- Scroll down on the reservation confirmation page and click Order Products.
- You can add more products to your order from the catalog.
- You can also edit the contents of your cart (e.g., adjust quantities, delivery times, or remove items) or payment information.
- You can cancel the order by removing all items from the cart. (Note: If you cancel the entire space reservation, the catering order will be automatically canceled along with it.)
- Finally, scroll down the page and click Save.

Recurring reservation and catering order management
When you create an order for a recurring series of reservations, the same order is automatically generated for each occurrence in the series. If, on any occasion, the number of attendees changes, and you want to modify the catering order for a single reservation:
- Find the order associated with the specific reservation on the Orders page.
- Click on the order, then select Change.
- Make the desired changes to the order, then click Save.
