How do I switch to using the new Taitori?
You can switch to the new Taitori on the browser or mobile app by clicking on your profile picture and then selecting "New Taitori," or by visiting https://newapp.taitori.fi. Your credentials remain the same on the new platform. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) for login, successful login to the new platform may require action from your organization's administrator.
Our organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO). How do we get access to the updated Taitori?
As the updated Taitori initially operates at a temporary address, SSO login needs to be specifically enabled for https://newapp.taitori.fi by your organization's Microsoft Azure system administrator. After this setup, users can log in normally with their organizational credentials.
Does the new application work with Outlook?
The updated interface is not yet available with the Outlook extension (add-in), but it will permanently replace the old interface on Outlook later in the spring. For now, you can continue using the old version as usual. However, it's recommended to start familiarizing yourself with the new interface via the browser or mobile app at https://newapp.taitori.fi.
I use Taitori downloaded from the app store. How can I explore the new interface?
Due to the phased rollout, Taitori downloaded from the app store will still open automatically to the older version. However, you can explore the new interface by accessing it through the profile icon.
When will the new interface replace the old one permanently?
To allow users time to familiarize themselves with the new interface, both versions will be available concurrently at first. The updated Taitori interface will replace the older version permanently later in the spring at the familiar https://app.taitori.fi address, as well as in the Taitori Smart Office Outlook extension (add-in). The temporary address https://newapp.taitori.fi will be discontinued at that time. Further details about the timing will be provided later.
Where can I find instructions for the new interface?
You can find instructions for the updated interface for both the browser and mobile versions here. Additionally, the Guide button within the app and Taitori customer support are available to assist users. If you require additional guidance or wish to have separate training for Taitori, please contact Taitori customer support via email at support@taitori.fi.

Do room reservations made on the old Taitori transfer automatically to the new Taitori?
Yes. Reservations transfer automatically from the old to the new interface. Reservations made with the new interface can also be managed and viewed on the old version.
3. Questions Regarding Shop and Catering Orders
I Can No Longer Find the "Order Products" Button on the Homepage or Menu. How Can I Place Catering Orders?
In the updated Taitori, all bookable spaces and product catalogs are found from the same Browse page. You can find product catalogs easily by using the quick selection options for Restaurants or Shops. Click on the desired catalog and then "Order" to proceed with your order. You can place orders alongside room reservations as usual.
Do catering orders made on the old Taitori transfer automatically to the new Taitori?
Yes. Orders transfer automatically from the old to the new interface. Orders made with the new interface can also be managed and viewed on the old version.
