If you didn't make a catering or product order when you booked the space, you can still do so later by editing the reservation, provided that catering is available for the space.
- Navigate to the "Bookings" page using the calendar icon in the navigation bar.
- Locate the room reservation in the table to which you want to add the order. You can use filters to find the reservation from the list. Ensure that the selected time window matches the reservation you are looking for.
- Click on the reservation in the table, then select "Change".
- Scroll to the bottom of the page that opens and click "Order Products".
- You'll see a list of available products. You can search for a specific product using the search bar or browse products by clicking on the product category.
- Add products to your shopping cart by clicking the "+" button.
- Alternatively, click on the product card to view detailed product information. You can also add additional notes for the restaurant if required. When the product card is open, select the quantity using the buttons or type the number directly, then add the items to your shopping cart by clicking the button on the right side of the product card.
Additionally, you can select a later delivery time for the products. By default, the delivery time for a product is the start time of the room reservation. You can also edit the delivery time later from the shopping cart. Choosing later delivery times for products allows for planning catering according to the schedule of events, such as a day-long meeting.
- Once you have added the necessary products to your shopping cart, scroll down to review the contents of your cart. You can still edit quantities or delivery times (clock symbol) and remove products if needed.
- Scroll down to the summary of the order. Fill in the number of people and, if necessary, provide alternative contact information (e.g., phone number) and any additional information regarding the entire order, such as dietary restrictions.
- Fill in the required payment and billing information for the order, or use the information already linked to the room reservation.
- Finally, confirm the order by clicking "Save" at the bottom of the page. If online payment is available, you will be redirected to complete the payment after this step.
You have now added a catering order to your reservation! You can make changes to the order by editing the reservation on the "Bookings" page (How can I modify or cancel a reservation?).
