You can skip the Booking Confirmation page, where additional information can be added to the reservation (e.g., participants), to speed up the booking process. This is especially convenient for workstations. However, in paid bookings, the page is always displayed regardless of profile settings. Please note that if you hide the confirmation page for meeting rooms, you won't be able to order catering or add participants when making the reservation. However, you can still do so afterwards by editing the reservation.
To adjust your preferences:
- Go to your profile through the profile icon.
- Open the Booking tab.
- Specify your preference in the 'I want to provide more information' section:
- In all bookings --> The confirmation page will always be shown when making a reservation, whether it's for a space or workstation.
- Never --> The page will be hidden for all bookings except for paid ones.
- When booking a room --> The page will be skipped for free workstations but shown when booking a meeting room.
- When booking a desk --> The page will be skipped for free spaces but shown when booking a workstation.
- Finally, Save your settings.
