Activate floating icons to manage booking fast

Edit Active or Current-Day Reservations via Floating Icons:

The easiest way to manage active reservations and upcoming reservations for the current day is to use floating icons (see image 2). These icons appear in the bottom right corner of the application and allow you to:

• Confirm space or workspace reservation (check-in)
• End ongoing space or workspace reservation
• Cancel reservation for the current day

To activate floating icons, go to My information > Options > Show active reservations and orders. You can access settings by clicking on the profile icon.

Symbol	Definition
	Booking starts in 23 minutes.
	The booking finishes at 0.00.
	Hide floating buttons.
	Open the Bookings page and make changes.
	Open Control Panel to confirm, end or extend the booking.
