Floor plan

The floor plan allows you to make reservations and check both real-time and future availability.

When "Now" is displayed above the floor plan, you are viewing the real-time status: green indicates available, red means occupied, and orange signifies a status change is imminent.

To check future availability, use the arrow buttons to navigate to upcoming days. When looking at future dates, the color codes change slightly: green indicates the resource is available all day, red means it is booked for the entire day, and yellow shows that there are some reservations, but also free times available.

You can switch between different floor plans using the dropdown menu in the upper left corner. You can also use filters and quick selections to find the right floor plan. To access booking options, click on a resource directly on the map.

Different ways to book from the floor plan

1. Quick reservation in the real-time view ("Now"): Click on a green resource and then select the "Quick Actions" button.
2. Booking for Future Dates: Use the arrow buttons or filters to select a date, click on a resource on the map, choose a suitable time from the mini timeline, and then click "Book."
3. Booking via Filters: On the "Browse" page, enter the exact time and duration for the reservation in the filter. Select a suitable room from the available options on the floor plan. Free options are highlighted in bright green.
4. Go to calendar: Click on a resource on the map and then go to the calendar to make a reservation.
