Timeline

On the timeline, you can make reservations by dragging the mouse on top of the timeline. Reservations displayed in red can be clicked to manage them.

Tips for using the timeline

• Choose the day, week, or month view from the top right corner. You can change the date using the arrow buttons or select a day from the filters. Use the "Today" button to return to the current day.
• Use the quick selection above the timeline to filter the rooms visible on the timeline. Rooms can be expanded by clicking the "+" button in front of the location name.
• To make a reservation, click and drag while holding down the mouse button on the timeline. If you're using the mobile app, hold your finger on the start time for a moment, then move your finger to the right to select the desired duration. You can also click or touch the start time once (hold still for 1 sec) and select the times from the window that opens.
