Branding is an additional service of Taitori that brings the visual look and colors of your business to Taitori visitor management touch screens, invitations and messages. In addition to the visitor management device, the branding package includes the possibility to brand the user interface of Taitori app and the door and hallway displays.

Branding as a service vs. Taitori basic license
The basic license for Taitori Visitor Management also provides options for configuring the look and feel of the UI. From the table below you can check which features are offered as an additional service and which ones are included in the basic license.

Please note that there are limitations to defining the settings below, and the interface also includes fixed elements and functions which cannot be changed. The customizable features and elements of the visitor management interface are defined later in this article.

Picture 3. Visual appearance of the basic license. It is possible to customize the background image and color, but defining the colors of the font and other elements (such as the yellow and green buttons) requires an additional service (branding).
Branded elements of the UI
Branding allows defining the colors of the UI buttons as well as using your own corporate fonts and colors for the headings and the body text. In this section we look more closely to which elements can be changed with the branding.
1. Headings
It is possible to configure a color and a font for the headings. The font and the color will be similar on all headings on different pages. The same configurations will be used with the info texts displayed on the Visitor Management UI.

2. Instructions, the clock and the body text
For all kinds of body texts it is possible to configure a common font and a color. Note that the same font is also used in the buttons.
3. Success buttons
For the success buttons it is possible to define:
- Button background color
- Button border color
- Button text color
- Button background color when the button is selected
- Button border when button is selected
- Button background color when the button is active
- Button border when button is active
- Shadow around the button border when the button is active
4. Warning buttons
It is possible to define:
- Button background color
- Button border color
- Button text color
- Button background color when the button is selected

5. Number buttons
It is possible to define:
- Number button background color
- Number button border color
- Number button text color

7. Text box
The available configurations for the text box:
- Field background color (when field is not active)
- Field text color (when field is not active)
- The background color of the field when the field is active
- The text color of the field when the field is active
- Field border shadow when the field is active
8. Keyboard
The available configurations for the keyboard:
- Keyboard background color
- The color of the top edge of the keyboard
- The shadow at the bottom of the keyboard
- Key background color (except enter and alt keys)
- The letter color of the keys
- Key border color
- Button background color after click
- The background color of the button when the button is active
- Background color of blank buttons
- Enter button background color
- Alt button background color (yellow in branding example)

9. Yes/No box
It is possible to define...
- No-button background, text, and border color
- Yes-button background, text and border color
- The background, text and border color of the buttons when the button is not selected
Customizing messages
It is possible to bring your corporate colors in HTML formatting to Taitori e-mail invitations. Also the content of the message can be modified (e.g. instructions and tips related to arrival). By default, the sender of the invitation messages is "Taitori <post@taitori.fi>", but this can also be edited when branding is enabled.

Customizing SMS messages
It is also possible to edit the SMS notifications. The sender can be max. 13 characters long.
