Please note that the available functions on the door display depend on your organization's setting. If your reservation ends earlier than the original booking time, it is recommended to release the room from the door display so it becomes available for others.

Modifying or ending a reservation
Booking in advance for the same day
Introduction
The LED frame indicates whether the room is available (green) or occupied (red). A yellow hue signifies an upcoming change in the booking status.
You can make an instant booking directly from the door display or schedule a future reservation for the same day. Additionally, you can extend an existing booking or end it in advance.
Making or modifying a reservation may require authentication with a Taitori account.

Make an instant booking
- Touch Book room.
- Select the duration of your booking.
- If authentication or booking confirmation is required, authenticate or provide additional information as needed.
- Finally, confirm your booking. Your instant booking starts now!

Modifying or ending a reservation

Touch Change reservation.
-
End the reservation or extend the current booking by selecting the additional time you want.
Note: The reservation cannot be extended if another booking is scheduled for the space.

Booking in advance for the same day

- Touch the calendar icon.
- Select the desired booking time from the list.
- Authenticate and provide additional information if necessary, such as the organizer's name.
- Finally, confirm the booking. Your reservation is now complete!

Booking with a QR Code
If the door display has the QR code activated, you can scan the code with Taitori mobile app and complete the booking on your phone. This is a convenient way to make a reservation if authentication is required on the door display.
- Open Taitori mobile app. If you do not have the app, you can download it from the Google Play or App Store.
- Activate the QR code scanner by touching the QR icon (see image below).
- Scan the QR code displayed on the door display.
- Select the duration of your booking and confirm the reservation.

Adding Additional Information
Depending on the settings, the door display will show a summary of the reservation and allow you to add the organizer's name and the subject of the booking.

Authentication
Depending on the settings of the door display, you may be required to authenticate to complete the reservation. There are various authentication methods. See the separate authentication guide here.
